At AutoCap Solutions, we want you to be fully satisfied with your headwear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box to ensure the caps maintain their shape during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the quality of the returned goods.
